Dr. Keiichi Ogawa is an Honorary Professor at the University of Dhaka. He is also a Professor/Department Chair in the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies at Kobe University, a Governing Board Member of the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), an Honorary Professor at Kyrgyz National University, and an Affiliate Professor at The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. He has also served as a Visiting Professor at several universities, such as Columbia University and The University of Tokyo. He is a former Education Economist at the World Bank headquarters, and his research interest lies in the economics of education, education finance, and public policy in the education sector. He holds a Ph.D. in Comparative International Education and Economics of Education from Columbia University.
