Founder Chair Prof. Dr. Abul Barkat, Assistant Prof. Mr. Abdullah-Al-Mamun, Assistant Prof. Dr. Dilruba Sharmin were attended in the International Seminar on “Japanese Studies in India and South Asia: towards a New Horizon” (インド・南アジアにおける日本研究::新たな地平線に向かって) arranged by Centre for Japanese Studies School of Language, Literature and Culture Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (1) Prof. Barkat presented his paper titled as ‘Role of Japanese Studies in Strengthening Bilateral and Multilateral Relationships between Japan and SAARC Countries’. (2) Mr. Abdullah-Al-Mamun presented his paper titled as ‘Contribution of Japanese Companies in Promoting Japanese Business Culture in Bangladesh’. (3) Paper presented by Dr. Dilruba Sharmin was titled as ‘The Growing Influence of Japanese Pop Culture on the Young Consumers of Bangladesh’.
